The Inspire Mental Skill Programme is an evidence-based program using a holistic approach to support wellbeing, enhancing performance and values. To increase learning outcomes, retention of information and build new skills, the Inspire Mental Skills Program is an 8-week program of 8 individual workshops. Workshops are 90 to 180 minutes with 10 minutes of reflection and take-home points for maximum impact.
Key skills acquired by attendees during this program are a growth mindset, mental toughness, self-motivation, empathy, resilience and coping strategies using visual imagery.
